I ordered the Sole Recumbent 231 exercise bike through Amazon.com. Not only was I pleased with Amazons price as compared to any other but the delivery was prompt and on schedule. The Sole product meets all my expectations. It comes partially disassembled but all the parts and tools necessary for assembly were part of the package and the directions were easy to follow. There are two booklets furnished. One is for assembly and the other is the users manual. Both are clear and understandable. The equipment runs smoothly and the programs are great from manual operation to the pre-programed options. I have not tried all of them but the ones that I have tried will test you to whatever level you are ready for.
