This bike rates my 5 stars because it fully meets my requirements. I have used it approximately 10-15 times since assembly. Putting it together requires patience and careful reading of the well written instructions. I only got hung up on one step but re-reading the instructions cleared up the problem. I am far from being a handicrafter. If I could do it anyone can could do it. The pedal straps are a problem. Make sure they fit you before you insert the straps. Readjustment looks impossible. The various programs are motivational and functional. Refurbished gym bikes cost $300-$400 more. The bike is comfortable, gives a good workout and comes at a nice price.
