My husband and I did lots of research before deciding upon the Schwinn 231. It is a great workout for us both. This bike is so silent you can only hear the panting of the person riding it! There are enough choices and levels of resistance that we'll be satisfied with our workout routine for a long time to come. My husband was able to follow the directions easily and set it up in about an hour and a half.
