I would have given it four and a half but that is not possible. Very nice, sturdily built; it takes a while, but it is a piece of cake to put together. With the wheels in front it can be easily moved. You sit on it to try it out and get to enjoy the smoothness of the mechanism, great! Then, all of a sudden, here comes the disappointment. Some moronic 'poof' in the marketing department decided that it needed a fan. So they put the fan, a completely useless noisemaker, on top of the console. I am 6"8 and can't see my TV over it, which means that I have to cant the bike at an angle. I would put up with that if the gizmo put out some air but all it does is make noise, OK, if I hold my hand three inches from I do feel a mild movement of air.
