Order Schwinn 231 Recumbent Exercise Bike

I bought this bike to alternate with a treadmill in order to add some variety and also for times when my plantar fasciitius (sp?) flares up. The package arrived very quickly, within 3 days, and it was in great shape. It took about 2 hours to assemble (while wathcing a movie) and all pieces fit. (There was a discrepancy between the instructions and the computer hook up, but not that hard to figure out.) Since then, I have been using it almost exclusively and have found that it gives a great aerobic workout with little impact on joints. The seat is very comfortable and the heart monitor, while slow to get the initial reading, is very accurate. It is extremely quiet except for some knocking from time to time, which I have been able to block from my mind. At this price my expectations weren't very high. However, I am extremely satisfied.
