Save Schwinn 231 Recumbent Exercise Bike

My wife bought this for my birthday and It has never performed properly since I received it. One of the main reasons I purchased the 231 was for the mounted fan and easy access to the fan. I have had two computer replacements and one fan replacements and the fan still does nothing. I was suppose to have a "fan-and-computer" set which was tested together prior to delivery, sent to me two weeks ago. They were never received.
